All orders are by cleared
funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid
by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, BACS payments are dispatched as
soon as payment shows in our account, Cheque payments are not cleared for 14 days.
With the exception of Non Recorded Post, we are responsible for orders reaching you or your customer, orders failing to be
delivered will be re-sent at our expense. The Non Recorded Post option is
only available for orders with a product total cost of less than £5, because Non
Recorded Post cannot be tracked, we accept no responsibility for non arrival or
loss of parcels using this postal option, dealers choosing Non recorded Post do
so at their own risk. Orders received that are incorrect should
be advised within 2 days of delivery.
All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly
to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund
will be issued. The customer should return it along with the order number and a
description of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage
to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost). The delivery address

If a product arrives
safely but fails at some point during the warrranty period, the cost involved in
dealing with the replacement are shared between you and ATS. If a product has to
be replaced we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement, the cost of returning
the product to us is between you and your customer. If a returned product is found
to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
No invoice details will be included in your customer order, so they will not receive
any information that is not meant for them. A return address label is attached to
each order with our returns address on it (see above), if an order cannot be delivered
the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available,
products that are not available are normally back in stock within
3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
