All orders are
by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in
full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, BACS
payments are dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account, we do not
accept payment by cheque.
For dropship accounts funds can be added to your account from My Account > Add Funds, this process will allow you to add funds from Debit/Credit cards and also from a Paypal account. If you add £30 or more to your account we will absorb all of the transaction charges, if you transfer in less than £30 will not absorb the PayPal 20p transaction charge, this amount will be charged to your account.
exception of Non Recorded Post, we are responsible for orders reaching you or
your customer, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense.
The Non Recorded Post option is only available for orders with a product total
cost of less than £5, because Non Recorded Post cannot be tracked, we accept no
responsibility for non arrival or loss of parcels using this postal option,
dealers choosing Non recorded Post do so at their own risk. Orders received that
are incorrect should be advised within 3 days of delivery.
Orders are sent
plain packaged, so no indication of ATS
details will be included in your customer order, so they will not receive any
information that is not meant for them.
Parcels carry a returns label in case they cannot be delivered, this simply
states Return Department and the address, so no indication of ATS.
Orders received by 2pm are normally despatched the same day, unless the
warehouse are too busy. Our despatch days are Monday to Friday except Bank
Orders are sent by Royal Mail and Parcelforce, the Royal Mail terms state that
you should allow 5 working days for delivery, and they do not class a parcel as
lost until 15 working days have passed (excluding weekends and bank Holidays).
If a parcel has been lost and the 15 working days have passed we will despatch a
replacement or refund the order as required.
Every effort is
made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products
that are not available are normally back in stock within
3-4 days, subject to manufacturer having stock in the UK. If the manufacturer is
waiting for stock to land we will try to display a restocking date where
The noticeboard screen displays all information on products that are out of stock (with
restocking dates where possible), new, back in stock and discontinued lines,
these screen show all activity in the last 30 days.
On the Pricelists screen there are links for CSV and XML feeds for all of our
products, these are updated every 20 minutes, there is also a dedicated
availability file, it contains the SKU and the Availability of every product, it
can be used to update your systems automatically.
The noticeboard and CSV/XML feeds are only available to active account holders.
Every effort is made to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, but we accept no liability for any errors on the site. The opening of accounts is at the discretion of the company, ATS reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that misuse our system, or for any other reason without notice. We also reserve the right to close any account that has not placed an order for more than 12 months, or for any other reason without notice.
Any account that is closed for not being used will forfeit any funds remaining in their account.
Requests for account funds to be returned to source incur no charge tp process, for inactive accounts (those with no orders placed in the previous 3 months) will incur a charge of £7 + VAT to process.
The website accounts are available to account holders, there is no contract period and so can be cancelled at any time. Domain names are registered for you free of charge as part of the setup process and are in your name, and so belong to you even if you cancel the website account.
We do not charge any fees relating to domain names that we register on your behalf, such as renewing or transferring. While your website account is active domain names are automatically renewed.
For cancelled website accounts you can have the domain name transferred to a different registrar free of charge, domain names that expire for cancelled website accounts, and remain on our TAG will not be renewed, we will email you 30 days before expiration so that you can take the necessary action.
