Our delivery charges are for UK delivery, we do not deliver outside the UK. Question. I would like to see more prices before i pay the registration fee?

When you fill in the Drop-ship account form, you will not be asked for any payment, it is purely to tell us who you are. You can then login and view prices. You will not be able to place orders until you pay the registration fee.

We are constantly adding new lines and new ranges, our dealers can also email suggestions to products and ranges that they would like us to stock.

Adding funds to my account:

You can pay via Most major Credit Cards and PayPal, when you have filled in the Dropship account form, you will be able to login and view our prices, you will also have access to the MyAccount Page, there you will find the button to pay funds in to your account. Whe you have done so, your account balance at the top of the Home Page will show that you have added funds to your account.When you have funds in your account you can start placing orders. The system will only allow you to place and order if you have sufficient funds in your account, if you do not you can simply pay more funds in to your account. You can of course request at any time that any funds that are in your account, be transfered back to the source that they came from.

Placing orders:

When you have sold an item, you simply log in, place the product/s in the basket, enter the address that the order should be sent to (either yours or your customers address), you can then choose the delivery option (recoded post/Courier etc), you then simply confirm the order, the system charges your account and we send out the order.Orders that you place will appear in your order history, it will display the status along with a tracking number for the order and allow yuo to print an invoice for your records. When an order is dipatched our system will email you and your order history will be updated, it will provide a sample email that you can send to your customer, this provides information on what to do if the parcel does not arrive.

Delivery Charges:

All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Parcel Force Courier. The customer will have to sign on receipt. With the exception of the Non Recorded Post option, we are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to and arriving at your customer. We also have a Special delivery option for urgent deliveries. The Non Recorded Post option is only available for orders with a product total cost of less than £5, because Non Recorded post cannot be tracked, we accept no responsibility for non arrival or loss of parcels using this postal option, dealers choosing Non recorded Post do so at their own risk.

The basket will present you with the delivery options vailable and the price for each option, the system calculates the cost on the overall weight of the order, the chart below displays the postage rates.

Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force.

Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.

Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.
